Writ Petition Nos. 1566 of 2026 and 1868 of 2026, are not on board. On mentioning, taken on the production board. 2.
We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned AGPs for the State. With their assistance, we have gone through the Petition paper books.

The Petitioners contend that they started their educational institutions on a permanent no-grant basis. It is claimed that subsequently the State Government deleted the word 'permanent', and now they are hopeful that they would get salary grants, since 20% has already been extended to the institutions. It is prayed that the Government Resolution dated 23.07.2024 be considered and that the cases of these Petitioners be scrutinized by the State Government.

The learned AGPs submit that these Petitions can be considered as representations and that the State Government will consider each case on its own merits and take a decision as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the above, all these Writ Petitions are disposed off.

The State Government would consider the requests made by the Petitioners in their respective Petitions and, after considering the Government Resolutions/Circulars as may be applicable and taking into account the feasibility of the proposals, would take a decision with regard to these Petitioners within a period of 180 days from today. ...4
