Three managing committee members of a housing society are challenging refusal to grant interim relief during pendency of the revision application.

Considering the charges leveled against the petitioners and the reply filed, in my opinion, prima facie case to grant interim relief is made out. Hence, the following order will meet ends of justice.

a) During pendency of the revision application, order of disqualification of the petitioners shall remain stayed;

c) To avoid possibility of prejudice to the parties, details reasons in support of this order are not necessary. 3.
