Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned AGP. At the out set, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the title clause of respondent No.2 by replacing the word from 'Aurangabad' to 'Pachora'. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction that respondent No.2 be directed to issue caste certificate of belonging to 'Kunbi OBC' on the basis of the caste certificate of her mother. In alternative, the petitioner has also prayed that the
2 933.WP.1578.26.odt respondent No.2 be directed to decide the application submitted by the petitioner for issuance of caste certificate of belonging to 'Kunbi OBC'.

We find that the application tendered by petitioner is to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Aurangabad, whereas, the petitioner is supposed to tender such an application to Sub-Divisional Officer, Pachora. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make an application to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Pachora, for obtaining caste certificate.

If the petitioner makes such an application within a period of one (1) week from today, we direct the respondent No.2 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Pachora, to decide the said application as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date on which the application would be tendered by the petitioner, on its own merits and in accordance with law.
