Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal submitted by respondent No.4 seeking approval to appointment of petitioner on the post of Special Teacher from the date of his initial appointment along with all consequential benefits, within stipulated period.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided
