Present petition has been filed for following reliefs : "(B) The representation filed by petitioners dated 29.12.2025 and 31.12.2025 may kindly be directed to be decided within a period of 2 weeks.

(C) The Divisional Commissioner, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and District Collector, Beed may kindly be directed to conduct the enquiry of fraud committed by the Revenue Officers while filling the post of Police Patil."

Learned AGP places on record the photo copy of communication dated 11.02.2026 by Additional Collector, Beed to petitioner No.1 as well as copy of report submitted by Additional Collector, Beed to Collector, Beed on 21.01.2026, thereby it was informed to petitioner No.1 that his complaint application dated 31.12.2025 was inquired into and has been decided. The said communications are taken on record by marking Exh. 'X'. In view of the action already taken, the petition does not survive, hence disposed of as has been rendered infructuous.
