Present petitioner has filed the petition for quashing and setting aside notice dated 02.01.2026 by respondent No.6, which is pertaining to or involving Gat No.393/3/1/3 owned by petitioner, when in fact petitioner was not party to Rasta Case No.68/2022, Revision No.510/2024, which were decided on 18.11.2024 and 28.11.2025 respectively. After the disinclination is shown to grant relief to petitioner and noting the fact that son of present petitioner has filed Writ Petition No.251 of

919_WP_1596_2026 2026, wherein some orders have been passed on 08.01.2026 as well as the fact that petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy to approach the Civil Court, learned Advocate for petitioner prays for withdrawal of petition to avail appropriate remedy.
