Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners has raised several contentions. He points out representations dated 16th October 2025 and 9th January 2026. He submits that, till date, the said representations have not been decided by the Tahsildar. On instructions, he states that the Petitioners and other residents of Nagthane, Taluka Palus, District Sangli will submit a fresh representation to the Tahsildar, Palus, within a period of 1 week from today.

If such representation is iled, the Tahsildar, Palus shall decide the same on or before 15th May 2026.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms. 4.
