The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe is pending with respondent/ Scrutiny Committee since 17.03.2025, and therefore, the petitioner is seeking direction that the same may be directed to be expedited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that hearing in the matter has already taken place on 17.12.2025 and only the final order is required to be passed.

Learned A.G.P. submits that if at all the Scrutiny Committee has heard the matter, an appropriate order will be passed within a period of four weeks from today.
