The grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 16th February 2026, copy of which is appended at Page Nos. 21 to 27, is pending before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, who is arrayed as respondent No. 4 in the present petition. Issue pertains to entitlement of the petitioner seeking additional increment for the Development Officer. There is specific Government Resolution dated 31st October 1989 on which the petitioner places reliance for seeking such entitlement. 2.

The representation dated 16th February 2026 is directed to be decided by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur strictly in accordance with law after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, positively.

Parties to act on a server copy of this order downloaded from the High Court website.

The petitioner shall approach the CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur tomorrow at 11:00 a.m. along with a server copy of this order and place it before the concerned CEO.

The CEO, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur to take cognizance of the order and returning the next date of hearing, to ensure that not only the petitioner is heard but, after hearing, a reasoned speaking order is passed within a period of four weeks from today, positively.

All contentions of the petitioner are expressly kept open without entering into the merits of the matter. 8.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
