CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE AND ABASAHEB D. SHINDE, JJ.

27TH MARCH 2026 PER COURT :- 1.

2.
By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 17.12.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee thereby invalidating the tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe.
3.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the real sister of the petitioner namely Usha Laxman Alure whose tribe claim was invalidated along with the other blood relatives had approach this Court by way of Writ Petition No.9591 of 2023 and this Court by an order dated 07.08.2023 by allowing the said Writ Petition directed to issue conditional validity certificates to them. 4.
Learned AGP does not dispute the said aspect nor the Narwade

In that view of the matter, we are inclined to allow this writ petition by granting conditional validity to the petitioner. Hence the following order :- :: O R D E R ::
i.
The Writ Petition is partly allowed.
ii. The impugned order dated 17.12.2025 passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee is hereby quashed and set aside. iii.
