On 23.2.2026 learned AGP was directed to ensure original record of proceeding before the District Collector, Dhule are made available before this Court.

Learned AGP invites attention of this Court to the communication dated 25.2.2026 bearing outward no.2469 of 2026 whereby the Collector, Dhule was communicated on the directions of this Court and ensure that record is placed before this Court. The aforesaid order is not complied with.

In that view of the matter, the Disrict Collector, Dhule is directed to transmit the Record and Proceeding to this Court within a period of THREE DAYS from today through the Special Messenger.

Learned AGP to communicate this order during the course of the day to the District Collector, Dhule. 5.

In case of failure to produce the Record and Proceeding by next date, District Collector, Dhule shall be held liable for personal action.
