The present petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent No. 2 to decide the application dated 03.10.2025 in view of the Government Resolution dated 26.08.2025.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of the present petition, the said application has already been decided. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner now intends to challenge the said decision.

In view of the fact that the present petition was filed for a limited purpose and the said purpose now stands served, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order by filing appropriate proceedings, if he so desires.
