The limited grievance is made by the petitioner is that the respondent No.2- The Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities is not deciding the pending complaint bearing Diary No. DNO/25/CCPD/4653 for months together.

The perusal of the complaint shows that same is pending on the file of respondent No.2 since 9th July 2025. As per the provisions of the Maharashtra Government Servant's Regulation of Transfers and Prevention of Delay in Discharge of Official Duties Act, 2005, the ZIP

Accordingly, the respondent No.2 - The Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities is directed to consider the complaint and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. 5.

The said exercise be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order.
