The Elections are over. The Petitioner is aggrieved that a candidate who, according to the Petitioner, has more than two children born after the cut-off date, is wrongly elected. 2.

Considering the above, we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed. 3.

In the event, the Petitioner avails of a remedy as is permissible under the Statute, all contentions of all stakeholders are kept open.
