Heard learned counsel for the petitioners in these petitions. 2.
It is submitted that these petitions are covered by the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India and another Vs. Tarsem Singh and others, (2019) 9 SCC 304. It is further brought to our notice that number of orders are passed by Division Benches of this Court granting reliefs to the petitioners, who are identically situated like the petitioners herein.

Hence, issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 25.02.2026, High on Board.

The learned AGPs waive notice on behalf of the respondents - State in respective writ petitions. Mr. Verma, learned counsel waives notice on behalf of the respondent - National Highways Authority of India.
