---- CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, JJ.
DATE : 21st APRIL, 2026 P.C. :- 1.
The Petitioners are individuals who have a share in the writ property. According to the Petitioners, Respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 10, who are private individuals to businessmen, are illegally constructing adjacent to the property of the Petitioners. The Petitioners' grievance is that they reside in the same building and Respondent Nos. 8, 9 and 10 are illegally carrying out construction Digitally signed by MANE SONALI DILIP Date:

2.
We find that these are internal disputes amongst private individuals having nothing to do with the State. If these individuals are aggrieved by certain acts of others residing in the same building, this amounts to a civil dispute. Oral and documentary evidence will have to be recorded in support of perpetual injunction in a suit. 3.
In view of the above, with the liberty to the Petitioners, if they desire, to approach the Civil Court, this Petition is disposed off. The disposal of this Petition would not be an impediment and all contentions of all the stakeholders are kept open. (HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) Sonali Mane
