Leave to amend. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

Pursuant to the order under challenge, the coercive steps are being taken by attaching the bank account of the Petitioner, thereby causing the urgency to seek interim relief.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner to show bonafide has made a statement across the bar that 50% of the amount as directed by the order under challenge shall be deposited with the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

The account of the Petitioner shall be defreezed forthwith, and thereupon, the Petitioner shall deposit the amount with the Authority within a period of two weeks, failing which this order shall stand revoked.

The deposit of amount shall be subject to final outcome of appeal and without prejudice to contentions of the parties. 7.

The Petition is disposed of with the aforesaid terms. 8.
