Present petition has been filed to direct the respondents to investigate the complaint made by the petitioners on 11.02.2025 and especially to direct the respondent No. 4 to complete inquiry in view of order dated 28.08.2025 and to submit the report to respondent No. 2. 2.

Heard Mr. Choudhari, learned Advocate for petitioners, Mr. Bhise, learned Advocate for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and Mr. Narwade, learned AGP for respondent-State 3.

It appears that the present petitioners had filed a complaint dated 11.02.2025 to respondent No. 2 to make inquiry in respect of alleged corruption and then by order dated 28.08.2025, the respondent 924-WP-1664-2026.odt

No. 2 has formed a committee to make the inquiry. Further, according to the petitioners, inquiry has not been completed and the report has not been submitted.

Issue notice to respondents. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent No. 1.

Learned Advocate, Mr. Bhise, waives notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 5 and submits that the committee will submit its report within a period of ten weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No. 4 to complete the inquiry and submit the report to respondent No. 2 within a period of ten weeks from today.
