By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe which is pending with Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee since 20.12.2017.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since long, we direct Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today. 4.
