The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the impugned order dated 01.01.2026 has been withdrawn, and the payment of salaries to the Petitioners shall commence forthwith, as usual, from November 2025. The arrears would be cleared within Sufiyan Syed - PA

Since the impugned order has been voluntarily recalled by Respondent No. 4, and the payment of salaries to the Petitioners shall commence as usual, by consent of the Petitioners, this Petition is disposed off.
