At the outset, Mr. Kinkar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has restricted the writ petition to the alternate relief of deciding the representation dated 16th February 2026 submitted to respondent No. 2 - Commissioner of Education, Pune. 3.
In view of the petitioner restricting the relief to prayer clause (c), it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents. adn

The writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: (i) Respondent No. 2 - Commissioner of Education, Pune shall decide the petitioner's representation dated 16th February 2026 within a period of two months from today.
(ii) It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 5.
The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
