DATE : 29.04.2026 PER COURT :- .
In view of our order dated 26th March 2026, we have received the report of learned Ad-hoc District Judge - 3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Beed. In fact, we had asked for the remarks on the point as to within how many days the said execution petition would decided by the concerned Court, but in the report, the learned Judge has not made any statement in respect of the same. When the Superior Court has asked for a specific time frame, then at least care ought to have been taken by the concerned by the concerned Judge to state the time frame. Merely by stating that she would try to dispose of the case as early as possible was not sufficient. We are absolutely not happy
( 2 ) 908 WP 1715 OF 2026 with the way the remarks are given by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge - 3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Beed.
2.
We do not want the matter to prolong and therefore, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the learned Ad-hoc District Judge - 3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Beed to dispose of LARD 27 of 2018 (Pandu S/o Kondiba Anwane vs. State of Maharashtra) within a period of six months from today. The learned Registrar (Judicial) to send a copy of this order to the concerned Court immediately.
