This Court by its order dated 24.04.2026 directed the Petitioner to deposit the arrears in its entirety and granted time till 7th May, 2026.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Rs.50,000/- is deposited with the trial Court and prayed for extension of time to deposit the balance amount. 3.

In that view of the matter, time is extended till 10th June, 2026, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Respondent within a period of two weeks from today. 4.

Stand over to 10th June, 2026.
