Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent - Deputy Director of Education, Nashik to decide the proposal of petitioner to include his name in Shalarth ID dated 18.12.2024 within a period 30 days. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided within a period of eight weeks.
