Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani to decide the proposal of grant of approval as regular Headmaster of petitioner dated 11.12.2024 and subsequent proposal dated 27.01.2025 and also consequential prayer, within stipulated time. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3. Upon instructions, learned AGP submits that the said proposal would be decided
