By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of her tribe claim pertaining to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe, which has been pending before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 24/02/2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner requires a validity certificate by the end of June, 2026, as she intends to appear for MHT-CET, 2026.

Learned AGP states that it would take at least 8 months for the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim.

Having considered the submissions and in view of the fact that petitioner requires the validity certificate by the end of June, 2026, we accordingly direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's tribe claim before the end of June, 2026. 6.
