This writ petition is filed by managing committee members against whom the Authority under the provisions of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976 has passed eviction order, resulting in their disqualification. 2.

In the absence of stay to their eviction or setting aside order of eviction, the disqualification subsists. During subsistence of such disqualification, such members cannot file writ petition. However, it shall be open for other managing committee members to challenge order under Section 77A.

With that liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
