The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe which is pending with the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee since 22/28.03.2025. Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting his studies and needs the validity certificate before the end of June 2026, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner by the end of June 2026. With this direction, the writ petition stand disposed of.
