Learned advocate for the Petitioner/s submits that the petitions were listed on 24th April, 2026, when notices were issued, Shantanu S. Dhudum
PRAECIPE WP-1819-2026.DOC and thereafter, the matters were scheduled to be listed on 6th May, 2026. After the matters were listed on 6th May, 2026, the matters have now been adjourned to 22nd June, 2026. He further submits that, by way of the present petitions, the Petitioner/s seeks to challenge the action of the Respondent - Authorities in constructing / making Canal on the agriculture land owned by the Petitioner/s without payment of any compensation in that regard. He further submits that no acquisition proceedings have been initiated by the Respondent - Authorities. Learned advocate further submits that an Officer of the Solapur Municipal Corporation visited the site on 27th May, 2026 for the purposes of survey and marking of the site premises. He therefore, request that the date of hearing of the matters be preponed.

Considering the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the Petitioner/s, the present petitions are directed to be listed on 8th June, 2026 under the caption "Urgent Admission (High on Board)".
