By order dated 23.03.2026, we had asked the learned Registrar (Judicial) to get the status report from respondent No.2 with candid opinion as to within how many days respondent No.2 would dispose of the revision appeals/revision applications. Accordingly, a report dated 20.04.2026 has been submitted stating that application No.4 of 2025 would be decided within a period of four weeks. Now, Mr. Kapil Morey holding for Mr. G. A. Gadhe, learned Advocate makes a statement that the said application has been decided by respondent No.2. In fact, a list of eleven matters was given, out of which, as per the communication dated 20.04.2026, matters at Serial Nos.1 to 9 were finally decided by the concerned Joint Charity Commissioner on
( 2 ) 13 WP 1824 OF 2026 13.04.2026. Application No.4 of 2025, as aforesaid, appears to have been decided on 22.04.2026. The proceedings in application No.10/2022 (old) and 12 of 2024 which are filed under Section 41 D of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act are stayed by this Court in Writ Petition No.9427 of 2023 by order dated 11.08.2023.
