The present Petition has been filed seeking directions to Respondent No. 3 to consider the proposal dated 07.07.2025 in respect of the Petitioner, seeking approval for the transfer of the Petitioner from a partially aided post to a 100% aided post.

The learned AGP waives notice for Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that, in view of the Government Notification dated 13.11.2025, the jurisdiction to entertain such proposal lies with the Commissioner of Education, Pune.

Although the Commissioner of Education is not before us, it appears that the proposal has been pending with Respondent No. 3 since 11.07.2025. We, therefore, direct Respondent No. 3 to forward the

2 WP1848.2026.odt proposal dated 07.07.2025 to the Commissioner of Education, Pune, within a period of two (2) weeks from today, and the Commissioner of Education, Pune, shall decide the same within a period of eight (8) weeks thereafter.
