---- CORAM : RAVINDRA V. GHUGE & ABHAY J. MANTRI, JJ.

DATE : 23rd MARCH, 2026 P.C. :- 1.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners has moved a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 11th March,

2026. According to him, the Petitions had become infructuous. But when the order of this Court was passed, it was recorded in paragraph no.2 that the learned Advocate for the Petitioners submitted that the Petitions have become infructuous "on instructions." According to him, he did not have instructions to make such a statement on the said date.

2.

Today, Mr. Vishal Maruti Sawant, Petitioner in the first Petition, and Mr. Mahesh Ashok Shivdas, Petitioner No.2 in the second Petition, are present in the Court hall, whereas Mr. Netaji Narayan Bhosale, Petitioner No.1 in the second Petition, is not present.

3.

In view of the above, this motion is disposed off by deleting the words "on instructions" in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 11th March, 2026.

4.

The original order be corrected and the corrected order be uploaded.

5.

It is noted that this order is passed in the presence of the two Petitioners.
