By issuing a writ of mandamus or any writ of like nature, the order dated 24.11.2025 issued by the R.2 Officer be quashed and set aside and instead she be declared as eligible for the post of Anganwadi Madatnis. 2.

Heard Mr. Subhedar, learned Advocate, holding for Mr. Bali, learned Advocate for petitioner. He submits that recently he has come to know that the impugned order has been challenged before Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and when the alternate remedy is available, the petitioner would like to explore the same. He therefore, seeks withdrawal of the petition.

In view of the aforesaid statement and the alternate remedy available, Writ Petition stands disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
