We are not inclined to entertain this Petition. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits, on instructions from the Petitioners, that they intend to withdraw this Petition and will appear before the concerned Authority of CIDCO to present their case.

In view of the above statement, this Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions.
