By this Writ Petition, the petitioners are seeking expeditious disposal of the tribe claims of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe which are pending since 28.07.2013 and 07.08.2025 respectively. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner No.2 is desirous of taking further education and is in a need of validity certificate, we direct the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026.
