The petitioner's tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe is pending with the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee since 12.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the vigilance cell report in respect of petitioner's cousin sister is already on record and he is ready to adopt the same.

In that view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of June 2026.
