In view of our order dated 10th April 2026, the Party-In-Person makes certain submissions and also relies upon two citations, however, when it was pointed out that respondent No.3 is a Public Trust, he then seeks withdrawal of the petition to approach respondent No.2 - Assistant Charity Commissioner under the appropriate provisions of the Maharashtra Public Trusts Act.
