By this writ petition the Petitioners has sought direction to the Respondents to ensure that the amount of the tuition fees is reimbursed to the Petitioner - School forthwith as indicated in the tabular chart at "Exhibit C" colly in relation to the students admitted to the extent of 25% as per the mandate of The Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Right to Education Act) 2009.

Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusing the prior orders passed by this Court including by this Bench in IES Katrap Vidyalaya, English Medium Secondary School, Badlapur & Anr Vs. State of Mayur 1/2
2 908-WP-1948-2026 (C).doc Maharashtra Through its Principal Secretary, (School Education), School Education & Sports Department, Maharashtra & Ors; order dated 23 March 2026. We pass the similar order as under:- i) The Respondent - State shall within a period of twelve weeks scrutinize the case of the Petitioner - School and determine the eligibility as well as quantum of reimbursement to the Petitioner - School.
ii) The admissible amount of reimbursement to the Petitioner - School shall be released by the Respondent - State within a period of two weeks from such determination.
iii) If the Petitioner - School is not entitled for any amount of reimbursement, a reasoned order to that effect be passed and the Petitioner - School shall be at liberty to seek redressal of his grievance, in accordance with law.
iv) Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. v) Rule is made absolute in the above terms.
