The petitioner herein has raised a grievance that the proposal dated 16th June 2025, is pending on the file of the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, without any progress till date. According to him, he is entitle for transfer from non grant-in-aid to grant-in-aid classes as per the proposal, and therefore the same needs to be decided at the earliest. 2.

In view of the limited grievance raised by the petitioner, the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, is directed to decide the pending proposal adn

68-WP-1954-2026 dated 16th June 2025 within six weeks from the date of production of this order.

It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 4.

In view of the above terms, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
