Our Supplementary Board, before the Daily Main Causelist is of around 40 cases, besides the Daily Board of around 192 cases.

The learned Advocate for the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board submits, on instructions, that since the impugned Kartikeya
111-WP-1967-2026.odt Communications dated 31st December, 2025, and 7th January, 2026, were issued without hearing the Petitioner, that the Respondent would keep the said Communications in abeyance, and would hear the Petitioner on a particular date, and then take a decision as to whether the Bank Guarantee has to be forfeited or not. 5.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would appear before the Respondent on 26th February, 2026, at 11:30 am. He would abide by the dates of hearing as may be posted by the Respondent, if the hearing is not completed on the said date. He would submit the written notes of submissions on the same date. 6.
The learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that a reasoned order would be passed after the hearing is concluded, within a period of 30 days. Until then, the impugned Communications would be kept in abeyance.

In view of the above statements made on instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
