1) I am not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 23 January 2026 which grants an opportunity to Defendant No.14 to complete his evidence by way of cross-examination by the Plaintiff. The Trial Court shall however ensure that the recording of evidence of Defendant No.14 is completed in an expeditious manner without granting any adjournment to Defendant no.14. Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Plaintiff makes a statement that cross-examination of Defendant No.14 shall be completed within two dates. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
