ORDER :

Mr. Pai the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has tendered Minutes of the Conciliation Meeting dated 16th February, 2026 between the Petitioner and Respondent - Unions. The Minutes of the Meeting are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

It has been recorded in the Minutes of the Meeting dated 16th February, 2026 that the Respondent - Unions have only symbolically protested. Therefore, there was no loss of man hours or 1/2

61-wp-1980-2026.doc loss to the production / operations in the respective establishments including the Petitioner - establishment. It is further recorded that the proceedings initiated in the strike notices given by the Respondent - Unions in the above mentioned establishments are hereby closed.

By the prior order dated 10th February, 2026, this Court had observed that the conciliation proceedings are ongoing and had considered the statement on behalf of the Respondent - Unions that they will not go on strike on the scheduled dates, in view of ongoing conciliation proceedings.

In view of the recent Minutes of the conciliation meeting dated 16th February, 2026 which records that the proceedings initiated in strike notices given by Union in the above mentioned establishments including the Petitioner - establishment are hereby closed, the Writ Petition requires to be disposed of. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
