Having heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.4 CET Cell as well as learned AGP for the Respondent - State and from a perusal of the documents on record, it is apparent that the revised cut off date has been fixed by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, which is not a 1/2

The Petitioner is permitted to amend the cause title of the Writ Petition by joining National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and which amendment shall be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

The amended Writ Petition shall be served on National Commission for Indian System of Medicine, Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India in the course of today.

The Writ Petition shall be placed on the supplementary board tomorrow i.e. 12th February, 2026.
