Petitioner has already filed an affidavit in liu of examination-inchief and now proceeding has been protracted at the instance of Respondent. In this backdrop, she seeks a direction for expeditious disposal of proceeding pending before learned District Judge.

Considering submissions advanced, an innocuous order can be passed directing learned District Judge to expeditiously decide Civil M.A. No. 34 of 2023 and, in any case, within a period of four months from today. 4.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
