Smt. Salunkhe, the learned AGP appearing for the State states on instructions that the Petitioner had presented herself for examination on Saturday i.e. 14 February 2026. She states that the Petitioner only visited the Respondent No.4 - Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals in the afternoon on 14 February 2026. Since certain tests were required to be done from outside, the concerned Doctor on the Panel directed the Petitioner to carry out such tests and submit the reports. Due to the reports being unavailable, the examination of the Petitioner could not be carried out on that date. 2.

Smt. Salunkhe states on instructions that in the event, the reports of such outside tests are made available during the course of today, the Pallavi 1/2

2 2-WP-2062-2026 (C).doc examination of the Petitioner will be conducted today or latest by tomorrow i.e. 17 February 2026 by 3.00 pm and the report will be submitted to this Court in a sealed cover by 18 February 2026. The statement is accepted. 3.

In view of the above statement, the examination of the Petitioner shall be now done by 3.00 pm tomorrow i.e. 17 February 2026 and the report shall be submitted to this Court by the Respondent No.4 - Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals in a sealed cover by 18 February 2026 at 3.00 pm. 4.

We accordingly place the Writ Petition for further consideration on 18 February 2026 at 3.00 pm.
