By consent of the parties, the impugned order dated 3 February 2026 is hereby quashed and set aside, the same having been passed without issuing notice to the members of the Managing Committee.

The Assistant Registrar shall be at liberty to initiate proceedings under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the members of the Managing Committee, in accordance with law. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
