Heard Ms. Shah, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel appearing for the Respondents and Mr. Dahiphale, learned AGP for the State.

By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 6th January 2026, passed by Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, in Revision No.1034 of 2025. By the said order the eviction order dated 17th October 2025 passed by the Competent Authority, Konkan Division has been stayed.

It is an admitted position that Revision Application has been completely and finally heard and kept for passing order. Thus, in the facts and circumstances, no interference in the impugned order is warranted.

The Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division is requested to dispose of the said Revision No.1034 of 2025 expeditiously preferably on or before 31st March 2026.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered the merits and contentions on merits are expressly kept open. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms however, with no order as to costs.
