Present petition has been filed for directions to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to take the physical possession of property and handover the same to the petitioner bank as per the order dated 04.03.2025 issued by respondent No.2 within stipulated period.

The learned AGP waives notice for all the respondents and, upon instructions from respondent Nos.2 to 5, makes a statement that respondent Nos.2 to 5 would take physical possession of the property and handover the same to the petitioner bank as per the order dated [1]

Taking into consideration the submissions, we dispose of the writ petition by giving directions to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to take the physical possession of the property and handover the same to the petitioner bank as per the order dated 04.03.2025 passed by respondent No.2, within a period of two months from today.
