Present petition has been filed for following relief : "(B) By issuing a writ of mandamus, orders, directions or any other appropriate writ in the like nature, direct the respondent authorities to decide the proposal dated 24.09.2025 forwarded by respondent management thereby seeking approval to the transfer of petitioner from 20% aided post to 100% aided post, within stipulated period and grant approval as prayed for and for that purpose issue necessary orders."

923_WP_2092_2026 Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and submits that proposal is pending before respondent No.3, however, in view of Government Notification dated 13.11.2025 such proposals are now required to be decided by Commissioner of Education, Pune. She submits that said proposal can be decided within a period of six weeks. We dispose of the writ petition. Though the Commissioner of Education, Pune is not party, he should call the papers from respondent No.3 within a period of one week, if the papers have not yet reached and then proceed to decide the same within a period of six weeks thereafter.
