By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking directions to the Respondents to forthwith declare Semester III (3 Years LL.B Course) result of the Petitioner and to permit the Petitioner to apply for revaluation within the extended period.

Ms. Samiksha Kanani, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner has referred to the notice for revaluation issued by the Respondent No. 1 College. In the said notice, it is stated that the student who intends to apply for revaluation and photocopy may apply within 10 working days from the date of declaration of the results, till 13.02.2026. The grievance of the Petitioner is that result of the Petitioner has not been declared by Respondent No. 1 College.

The Principal of Respondent No. 1 College, present in the Court, has stated that upon being directed to declare the result of the Petitioner, the Respondent No.1-College will declare the result today. 5.
Accordingly, Respondent No. 1 is directed to declare the results of the Petitioner in the course of today.

The Petitioner is allowed to apply for revaluation and photo copy, if necessary, by tomorrow.
